Veterinary Services
Weare Animal Hospital provides a full range of veterinary services, allowing us to become the single resource for your pet's medical needs. General services, as well as radiology, ultrasound, full laboratory services, ECG, respiratory and blood pressure monitors, orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, and intensive care facilities are all available. We also provide boarding and grooming services on-site.

General Services Practice, including physical examinations, heartworm testing, stool sample examination, and vaccinations.

House Call Practice for those pets who do not travel well or if it's more convenient for us to come to you.
Surgical Practice including routine surgeries such as castrations and spays. Other surgeries routinely performed include repair of bone fractures, repair of damaged stifle ligaments, exploratory surgeries, biopsies, and various abdominal surgeries. Advanced surgery equipment such as cryosurgery and radiosurgery are used.
Pet Dentistry Services. We provide routine annual dental examinations and should your pet require dental care we offer full dental cleanings with extractions on an as needed basis. See our dental services page for more details.
Complete Diagnostic Practice. In-hospital blood analyzers, radiology equipment, rigid and flexible endoscopy and ultrasound are all available for quick, accurate answers to allow treatment of your pet immediately. On-site Intensive/Isolation Care Unit, which not only helps your ill pet, but it is our commitment to protect the other pets in our care from contracting potentially infectious diseases.
Diagnostic and Treatment for Ear Problems in Pets. In 2003, the Weare Animal Hospital invested in a video otoscope system to help pets with chronic ear problems. We have also used the system for visualizing the mouth cavity, especially on rabbits and chinchillas. At present, Weare Animal Hospital is the only practice offering this technology in Hillsborough county, New Hampshire. Orthopedic Screening Practice. We offer both OFA and PennHip certifications.
Boarding Facility. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with various kennel sizes and outdoor runs for dogs, and regular cat kennels or the more spacious kitty condos. We also board exotic pets. See our boarding page for details.
Grooming is also available for your pet. Our Staff of experienced groomers can handle everything from bathing your pet up to professional grooming. See our grooming page for details.
Volunteer Services. We volunteer our services to the local wildlife rehabilitators and Audubon Society.
Pharmacy: We maintain a complete medical pharmacy for dispensing to our clients and we use local compounding pharmacies to compound medicine for your pet. We also carry a full line of parasite control products including flea and tick products.
Nutritional Products: We carry the following high quality diets for felines and canines. Waltham, Eukanuba, Hills and IVD and a variety of nutritional supplementation.
